Marcus Maldonado
Marcus comes to FIRE after serving as a programs associate with Students For Liberty and as a development associate with the Pelican Institute for Public Policy. He graduated in 2020 with a B.A. in political economy from Tulane University, where he served in student government and founded a nonpartisan, student-led thinktank, the Wave Center for Policy and Enterprise. Having worked to advance policy reform on and off campus with students from across the political spectrum, Marcus has always shared a deep commitment to free speech and civil discourse and is excited to advance those values as a member of FIRE.
