The 2024 College Free Speech Rankings expands the 2022-23 sample size to 55,102 students attending 248 colleges and universities, and the data described in this report provide a wealth of information about current college students’ attitudes about free speech and its current state on college campuses across America. The College Free Speech Rankings offers students, parents, professors, administrators, and any other interested constituency unrivaled insight into undergraduate attitudes about and experiences with free expression on their college campuses.
